Fieldtrip

Van's class went to the firehouse. It was recently updated...those firefighters are SPOILED. It was super nice: huge kitchen (4 refrigerators) and living area with about 6 recliners, a bunch of ergonomic chairs (those are expensive), separated sleeping areas, a gym, etc. All the kids loved it. I could tell these guys aren't that used to little kids, because they talked WAY too long for these short attention spans.

Best part had to be the fire engine.

One of the firefighters also showed us his suit and talked about it. Those things are 60 lbs. Yikes.
