St. Patrick's Day

Van's school did a fun St. Patrick's Day Leprechaun thing where the kids followed the tracks left by the Leprechaun and found his gold treasure. He was so pumped about it when I went to pick him up that I decided this would be the year the Leprechaun would visit our house. It was super fun and the boys loved it.

Derek and I had a date night that Saturday night, so my mom and sister got the boys ready for the sneaky little devil to visit. Shawna helped the boys make traps, and told them about him and that he's sneaky.

When they woke up they were super excited. The Leprechaun had made a mess of our couch pillows and the chairs of our dining table. He escaped all our traps and left us gold coins everywhere. He dyed our water green (koolaid) and our pancakes and eggs turned green. He even used our potty and made a mess in there. It was super fun to see the boys expressions when they kept finding all these things that were out of the ordinary. So fun!

Traps (he wrote "Can't Catch Me!)

He used our bathroom!
