We flew down to California--our trip was two fold. First we spent time with Derek's family who was visiting California too--AZ kids start school super early and get a "fall break" so that's how they were able to get away. It was a lot of fun. We went to the beach (perfect beach day-made me miss CA). We also went to the coolest park--Atlantis Park in Garden Grove; we ate lunch there and the kids got to play on all of the fun things. We saw the AZ family for only 3 days but is was great. Our boys love their cousins.

This was the first half of our trip. Next up will be Disneyland! Woohoo we finally made it there!
